Cookie Policy

What we store in your browser, who sets it, why, and how to change your mind.

Effective date: 25 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how FeasiLogix ("FeasiLogix", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on the FeasiLogix website and web application. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Your choice at a glance

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary (to show the site, keep you signed in, save your choices and take payments) and, only if you agree, analytics cookies that help us understand how FeasiLogix is used. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected by cookies.

Analytics cookies are off until you choose "Accept all" (website) or "Allow analytics" (app). You can change your mind at any time:

2. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that lets a site remember small pieces of information on your device. Some are set by us (first-party) and some by the services we use (third-party). "Session" items are deleted when you close your browser; "persistent" items remain until they expire or you clear them.

Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you give consent, and we use it with advertising features switched off. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. That sets no cookies, but your browser does send your IP address to Google to download the fonts.

PostHog (product analytics)An anonymous ID and session info so we can see which tools are used and where people get stuck. We record usage events (for example "lot drawn" or "report exported"), not your addresses, plans or feasibility figures.1 yearAnalytics, consent only

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you. Map tiles (Esri) and address search (OpenStreetMap Nominatim) set no cookies, but they do receive your IP address and the map area or search text needed to answer the request.

5. Where analytics data goes

Google Analytics (Google LLC) and PostHog (PostHog Inc.) process analytics data in the United States. Clerk, Paddle and Cloudflare may also process limited information outside Australia. See clause 7 of our Privacy Policy for how we handle overseas disclosure.

6. Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of FeasiLogix (such as signing in or checkout) will stop working. Clearing your browser data also clears your saved cookie choice, so we'll ask again next visit.

7. Changes

If we add a new type of cookie that needs your consent, we'll update this page and ask you again.

8. Contact
